At GsmFileGuru, we strive to ensure that our users are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the digital nature of our products (such as firmware files, tools, and downloadable content), certain refund limitations apply. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on GsmFileGuru are digital downloads. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may offer a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You were unable to download the purchased file due to a system or access error on our side, and our support team could not resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • The file you purchased was corrupt, unusable, or not as described, and you reported the issue within 24 hours of purchase with proof (e.g., screenshot, log, etc.).

Note: Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You downloaded the wrong file or selected the wrong device.
  • Your device was damaged or bricked due to improper flashing.
  • You claim you no longer need the file after downloading it.
  • You did not read the instructions before purchasing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Premium Membership Plans
  • Reseller Credits or Top-ups
  • Custom File Requests
  • Unlocking Tools or Remote Services (if already started or completed)

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
